Staircase Portrait

While we were in Melbourne I met Brittany Long, a freelance music photographer on wheels. She’s working on a project that involves photographing as many musical artists as possible on stairs at various music venues in Melbourne. Being in a wheelchair means stairs are typically her nemesis so this project is important to her. Tommy and I both worked with Brit and loved the experience. Here’s the shot. See more of her photos at her site.

Tommy's Birthday

Last night we celebrated Tommy’s birthday with a great Italian dinner at Casamassima Italian Fare in Christchurch, New Zealand. The whole place sang to him. Luckily Kyler, Glen and Josh shot videos of it.

That One Time We Played with Queen

Yesterday was AMAZING! It was an honor to be a part of an event like this. Thank you to everyone that came out to the show, all those millions that watched it across Australia, and those in the rest of the world that can see a broadcast of it later this month.

We are off to Brisbane this morning. I’m just enjoying the ride!

Sydney Double Duty

Last night we not only played our gig with Alice Cooper, Aussie rock band Airbourne and MC50, featuring Wayne Kramer of the legendary MC5 at the Qudos Bank Arena, but we also did an after show show at Frankie’s Pizza by the Slice! What a great time!!! Thanks to all the fans that came out to see us and a special thanks to Amanda Hyde and Nina Phoumirath for these photos and videos.
