Here is a small photographic and video recap of our ‘weekend of rock’ down in the U.K. Looking forward to more shows later in the year.
Both Robby Miller and myself are joined by the U.K. based rhythm section of Sean Tobin (Drums) and Rob Lane (Bass) and the ‘5th’ Sidewinder helping us with all the logistics (and guest guitar playing on Schools Out), our very own David ‘The Rat’ Rattenbury ….Our gigs included Esquires in Bedford, England, The Birmingham Guitar Show, as well as The Asylum also located in Birmingham, UK. These were proper ‘head-line’ shows that included our special take on the VIP experience.
During this ‘mini-tour’, I also took a stab at becoming the official band ‘rockumentary’ director and released a series of short 1-minute movies we are currently calling #TOURLIFE .The idea is to film ourselves doing what we normally do during a day on the road, but accompany the situations with the worst and most cliche #hastags we can find on the Internet. Do people really even use #hastags anymore? We shall see ;) In the meantime, enjoy this series that was inspired by all the music/band themed movies coming out this past year.
